Soft and pliable caulk meant it was still doing its job, while hardened caulk could lead to water seepage – definitely not ideal. So, we decided to re-caulk the windows, ensuring the house stays cozy and dry.

To make sure every nook and cranny of the house received a fresh coat, we took on the challenge of repainting the entire exterior. Some areas were hard to reach, but our dedicated team was up for it! We brought in a boom lift, allowing us to reach even the trickiest spots and leaving no corner untouched.

But that wasn’t all – some of the windows needed more than a re-caulking. We replaced them with modern, energy-efficient alternatives, adding both functionality and style to the home’s exterior.

The house also had an old concrete staircase that had seen better days, leading to some pesky leaks. We knew it was time for a complete makeover. Introducing a new, sturdy staircase made from Trex decking and Hardie panels. Not only did it match the Southern-style aesthetics, but it was also designed to resist rotting – perfect for withstanding the test of time.
