Basement Conversion

Daylight basement converted into an ADU. We dug out about 4 feet of dirt, reinforced the foundation with concrete rebars, installed a sump pump and an extensive trench drain system. Electric heated floors and tiles covered the new cement slab floor. Bedrooms got cork floors over electric heat matts. A new kitchenette and bathroom completed this beautiful remodel.
