Actively manage projects to ensure timely and correct completion
Ensure all work meets quality standards

Skills

Solid knowledge of the construction process
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Basic carpentry skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Capability to perform some physical tasks, including lifting up to 60 lbs
Foreign languages are a plus, especially Spanish, Russian, and Ukrainian

Office Manager

Create estimates, contracts, and invoices
Calculate materials and create material selection lists
Facilitate permit applications and complete necessary forms

Proficiency in Word and Excel
Familiarity with the construction process (training available)

Work Schedule
